  • I don’t think I have ever done a challenge. I learned not only that I have to give myself some grace without guilt but also realize when it’s time to just get up and get it done. I know that this is only the beginning of a mind shift and I am so ready to love my body again and be thankful for everything that it does for me.

  • The biggest impact was how well you made the mindsets line up week to week because they were fitting. Knowing I wasn’t the only one struggling or feeling these things brought more drive to be dedicated. The community you built pushes me to keep going with not only words of encouragement but also walks of life. Working towards the same thing was motivating because it gave this sense of there is no reason I can’t keep going

  • The challenge was exactly what I needed. My main goal was to get consistent in working out again, as I’ve struggled with that my whole pp journey. I completed the whole challenge & have recreated the habit of working out. I’m proud of myself because I did it imperfectly, and usually that would’ve made me quit all together, but the whole pont of the challenge helped shift my mindset & give up the all or nothing approach we so often take.

  • In addition to this awesome mindset change, I have gotten closer to a couple of my performance goals. I am so close to being able to do an unassisted pistol squat, much closer than I was before. I can do a whole pull up. I can do 10 regular push-ups unmodified. This has been an awesome experience and a joy to be a part of. Thank you!

  • After this challenge working out is so much more than something physical. Working out made me more productive during the day, when I got the workout done it snowballed into the rest of my day. I’m grateful for this challenge, and I’m grateful for the mindset shift that it inspired. Now I workout because I want to be strong. I workout to celebrate my body, not punish it.

  • I love it! The community support was great, and the workouts kept me interested. I was fortunate enough to work out 5 days each week plus an occasional run or hike, and I truly feel stronger for it, although I don’t believe a photo can really show it. This was the first time I complete a workout program of any sort within the allotted time frame.

  • One of the biggest things I feel that I gained from this was movement is movement. I was an all or nothing person, now I am ok if my workout didn’t go as planned or I stop early. I did not have a huge change physically but I am feeling more confident. I wore a crop top that I have owned for years and had never worn before and I think is my new favorite outfit!!

And I feel more capable and ready than I ever have before. I have stopped putting so much pressure on myself to check every box every day. And crazy enough it has helped me become more consistent than ever.

  • Wow is all I can say!! I have wanted to ditch the notion that you have to count calories/macros and learn how to be sustainable. I did not get to measure but my scale is down 5 pounds which is a huge win for me!!

Hello there, my name is Hannah

I am so honored you have chosen to stop by and check out my page. Before you dive into my workouts, nutrition, and mindset guidance, I’d like to share with you how they came to be.

Like many of you, I am no stranger to hard times. I was once a gymnast for the University of Nebraska. That is until I dislocated both of my elbows at the same time.
I lost my sport, my identity, and my self-worth. I spiraled into depression, anxiety, and extreme sudden weight gain. It is no surprise that eating disorders, obsessive thoughts, and low self-worth found its way into my life.

I tried every diet under the sun and did cardio for hours with no results. This left me a shell of my former self.

It was with time, radical self-love, and a refusal to give up on myself that I learned the secrets to success in fitness. And let me tell you it is not a diet, restriction, self-loathing, or death by cardio.

My page, and my life is dedicated to helping women break through toxic diet and fitness culture. You are stronger and more capable than you could ever know. On this page, we celebrate all bodies, in all stages, the small victories, and the big ones.
