About the challenge
After creating so many fun programs last year with a wide variety of styles of movement I am so excited to get back to my roots and come out with a program that is inspired by my very first fitness program I ever wrote, Get Stronger! This program is about igniting your love for movement, for getting stronger, for celebrating your body! You will find 4 lifts a week (upper, lower, upper, lower) 1 optional HIIT workout a week, as well as mobility and corrective exercises built into each workout.

📸 How to Take Before & After Pictures
Please be sure to wear the same clothing for your before and afters and use the same poses of front, back and side.
Please be sure to take the photos with the same background and preferably with the same lighting.
Please be sure to take the photos with the same distance from the camera and take the photos head on.
For written statements please include: where your fitness/mindset is currently at and where you would like it to be by the end of this program.
